Our Vancouver fishing charters usually depart from downtown Vancouver’s inner harbour in Burrard Inlet off our docks at the Westin Bayshore Hotel and Resort. However, our Vancouver Fishing Charters also depart from Granville Island Public Market in False Creek. This is ultra convenient for our guests. We’re nestled in a scenic odyssey surrounded by Stanley Park, Vancouver Cruise Ships, Canada Place and our towering North Shore mountains. Most of our charter boats are conveniently and ideally moored on the dock in front of the Westin Bayshore Hotel at 1601 Bayshore Drive in Vancouver, BC. Much of the local fishing starts with 10 minutes of our dock location. However, depending on the time of season, and the runs of fish we are fishing for, most of the fishing is within a 30 minute cruise of our dock location. We are within a short and scenic walking distance or cab ride from all downtown Vancouver hotels, Vancouver International Airport, Vancouver’s Best Restaurants, the Vancouver Trade and Convention Center, Canada Place, the Vancouver Cruise Ship Terminals, Stanley Park, Granville Island, the float plane docks and the Heliport. Safe, secure and sheltered parking is available just steps away from our docks. If necessary, for your convenience, we can arrange alternative pick ups, departures and drop offs in and around the Vancouver area such as Granville Island and False Creek, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Horseshoe Bay, Richmond, Bowen Island and Gabriola Island on Vancouver Island.
When departing and returning from our Westin Bayshore location, our location offers stunning unobstructed views of Vancouver’s Harbour and Skyline, Canada Place, World Famous Stanley Park, the iconic Lion’s Gate Bridge, Grouse Mountain, Cypress Mountain, Seymour Mountain and the award winning Vancouver Trade and Convention Centre. You’ll see why Vancouver is one of the world’s most beautiful cities! There are also up close and personal views with Vancouver’s Cruise Ships. How To Find Us
We are conveniently located in the heart of downtown Vancouver within walking distance from all downtown hotels at the Westin Bayshore Hotel and Resort. Our Granville Island fishing charters depart from close to the landmark Bridge’s Restaurant. We are a short taxi ride away from all downtown venues such as the Vancouver Trade and Convention Centre, Granville Island Public Market, Canada Place, BC Place, Rogers Arena, the Plaza of Nations and the downtown entertainment district. We are a 10 minute taxi ride from the Vancouver Cruise Ship Docks.
By Car:
From the Trans Canada Highway
Follow Highway 1 WESTBOUND to the Grandview Highway Exit. Grandview Highway becomes 12th Avenue. Follow 12th Avenue to Granville Street. Turn right onto Granville and then exit at Seymour Street. Turn left onto Georgia Street, and then turn right onto Cardero. The resort is located on the left. We are located on the Westin Bayshore Docks on North Side of front of the Westin Bayshore Hotel (just walk towards to the water)
From YVR- Vancouver International Airport (approximately 25 minutes)
Take Grant McConachie Way East over the Arthur Laing Bridge. Take the Granville Street Exit and proceed north . Follow and go over the Granville Street Bridge. Get off at Seymour Street, turn left onto Georgia Street, and turn right onto Cardero. The resort is located on the left. We are located in front of the Westin Bayshore Hotel.
From Whistler on the Sea to Sky Highway (Highway 99) 1.5 hours
Take Highway 99 South to the Taylor Way Turnoff (Exit 13) and follow to Marine Drive South. Follow the signs to downtown over the Lions Gate Bridge. This turns into Georgia Street, take your first right off Georgia Street onto Denman Street. Turn your first left turn onto Alberni Street, and turn left again onto Cardero. The resort is located on the left. We are located in front of the Westin Bayshore Hotel.
From Seattle, Washington
Take I-5 North to the Peace Arch Border Crossing at Blaine, WA. Proceed North on Highway 99, and cross the Oak Street Bridge. Follow Oak Street North and turn left onto 41st Avenue Westbound. Turn right onto Granville Street and go over the Granville Street Bridge. Take the Seymour Street, and proceed North to Georgia Street. Turn left onto Georgia. Turn right onto Cardero. The resort is located on the left. We are located in front of the Westin Bayshore Hotel.
