Booking, Cancellation and Payment Policy

At the Ocean Adventure Center we strive to be as customer friendly as possible and we hold back nothing. However, as is understandable, when a fishing trip reservation is cancelled on short notice, it’s a frustrating experience for all and we may be unable to book another group and usually have potentially turned other clients away. Quite likely the boat would be sitting idle which is of little value to you our guests. Therefore, our policy is to receive a 50% non refundable payment of the balance due 3 days prior to the trip date in the event that you cancel. If you are unable to make your charter on that day and choose to rebook your charter, we will GLADLY credit you that amount towards your future booking. Our rates do not include fishing licenses, applicable taxes, guide gratuities and incidentals. We accept most major credit cards and of course, Canadian and American dollars.
