Vancouver’s Celebration of Light International Fireworks competition is unquestionably one of the must-see events of the year. There’s no better place to do it than the back deck of the Seastar! That’s why we’re out on the water for it every year! The 2011 dates are: Saturday July 30, Wednesday August 3 and Saturday August 6. The competitions normally start at 10 pm and last approximately 25 minutes. Often, depending on the day, our guests choose to stay on the water after a day’s fishing to kick back with a beer or a glass of wine, some catering and relax and take in the show. No hustle, no bustle, just clear and unobstructed views of the BEST show in Vancouver. As always, the fireworks are choreographed to music so it makes for a truly spectacular experience!
