Cancellation Policy
All 3-day trips can be paid by cash, bank drafts, certified cheques or credit card. There will be a 2% surcharge for the use of a credit card.
A deposit of 25% is needed to reserve 3-day trips and 50% deposit is required on single day trips. The balance is to be paid in full 15 days prior to the trip departure date. Cancellations received more than 15 days prior to the departure date are subject to loss of half the deposit. Cancellations with less than 7 days of notice are subject to loss of entire deposit. All cancellations will receive a rain check to be used in the current season, depending on boat and cabin availability.
